About Us
Mark & Gaynor have lived in the Placerville area for 14 years. They have been real estate investors for the past 6 years and are very familiar with the fixer and investor market. They are also building a home in the Placerville area and are up to date on all requirements from the building department as they have been going through the permit process themselves.
Mark attended the Royal Agricultural College in England and has a degree in Estate & Land Management and Gaynor studied business studies which gives them a good background for their Real Estate career.
Mark & Gaynor are both from England and met at a flight school in California and share a passion for flying. They also enjoy all other outdoor pursuits offered by living in the foothills of the Sierras like, camping, hiking, 4-wheeling, boating and skiing.
